As a child, I began to experience my share of traumatic situations and the effects that followed me into adulthood caused issues of low self-worth, rejection, and fear to plague me.
Once I began to go through the REfinement process and pull back the bandages to deal with the root causes…I became band-aide FREE. And before I know it… My talk was changing! My walk was changing! My style was changing! What I tolerated was changing! I looked around and transformed into this pretty, polished, purpose-driven woman. I’m here now to help you achieve the same transformation.
